Delivery Information

  • Shipping Options: We offer a variety of shipping methods at checkout, depending on how quickly you need your order. Options range from standard delivery to expedited services. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances like weather delays.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday only. Orders placed over the weekend (e.g., Friday evening through Sunday) will typically be shipped early the following week.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please monitor your shipment and ensure someone is available to receive it. If you don’t receive your order within 7 days of dispatch, contact us at contact@novaitems.top with your name and order number.
  • Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive your package, the courier may leave it in a safe location (e.g., porch or mailbox) or with a neighbor. You’ll receive a notification from the courier if this happens. If your order is returned to us due to repeated delivery failures, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs for redelivery.
  • International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. Additional fees and delivery times will apply—please check your shipping options at checkout.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns process works:

  • Return Window: You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that personalized or custom-made silicone model products are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • How to Return:
    1. Email us at contact@novaitems.top with your name, order number, and reason for return to request a return authorization.
    2. Pack the item securely, including your name and order number inside the package.
    3. Ship the package back to us using a trackable postal service of your choice. We recommend retaining proof of postage in case of loss.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If we made an error, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@novaitems.top. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized silicone models, used health care products, or items returned after 14 days (unless faulty) are not eligible for return.
  • Late Returns: Unauthorized returns or those sent outside the 14-day window may be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

  • Responsibility: It’s your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your order or to rearrange delivery with the courier if needed. Failure to do so may result in additional costs if the package is returned to us.
